What is GIVING TUESDAY and why celebrate?

Giving Tuesday appeared in the United States in 2012 initiated by the Belfer Center for Innovation & Social Impact team at 92Y. This day celabrated internationally on the 1rst Tuesday after Thanksgiving is the opportunity for every kind of people to unite to celebrate generosity.

How are you giving back?

We gabrielsluxblog are giving back by USING OUR VOICE TO HELP OTHERS, posting messages from a favorite nonprofit on social media, using # GivingTuesday and inspire others to give together. or:

  • Pack launches for those in need,
  • Pay for the next person’s order at the coffee shop or drive-thru.
  • Tuck a grocery store gift card & a note in a shopping basket.
  • Donate to pay utility bills for seniors or those struggling to make ends meet.
  • Find many other ways here GIVING TUESDAY

Qu’est ce que le GIVING TUESDAY et pourquoi célébrer?

Apparu aux Etats-Unis en 2012 à l’initiative de l’équipe de Belfer Center for Innovation & Social Impact du 92Y, Giving Tuesday, aussi appelé la Journée mondiale de la générosité et de la solidarité, est célébré le mardi suivant Thanksgiving, en réponse aux événements commerciaux du Black Friday et du Cyber Monday.
